DataHaven builds decentralised storage infrastructure. As part of the social media team, I worked closely with the community team to grow the X account through coordinated content and campaign initiatives.
Over my ten months there, the account grew from 13K to 106K followers through consistent narrative work, campaign execution, and cross-team collaboration. The results were a product of the social and community teams working in step: aligned on narrative, coordinated on campaigns, and consistently showing up for the audience.
The social and community teams worked together to understand what the crypto audience wanted to know about decentralised storage, mapping the questions they had and identifying where DataHaven's story could add genuine value to existing conversations.
My contribution was building the content framework: identifying which formats worked for different goals, weaving product news into educational content, and ensuring the social presence connected meaningfully to the community work happening in parallel.
Managed the social content pipeline: campaign calendars, product launches, partnership announcements, and community-facing posts. The social and community teams coordinated campaign initiatives to amplify reach and engagement consistently across channels.
The account grew to 106K followers with 12M impressions and 2M engagements during my time there. The results came from the social and community teams working in step: aligned on narrative, coordinated on campaigns, and consistently showing up for the audience.
